Please note that all footwear must be returned in its original, undamaged shoebox and all apparel must have original tags attached.

Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring shoeboxes are placed inside a separate shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Ship and Process
Affix your shipping label and drop the package at a designated courier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
